Points system has not changed...
1 point per run
15 points per wicket
10 points per catch
8 points per stumping
4 points per run-out-assist
8 points per run-out-direct
-10 points per duck
-20 points per golden duck
-5 points per dropped catch
Bonus 5 points for every SIX
Bonus 25 points for Man of the Match chosen by 1st XI Umpires or Captains of 2nd & 3rd XI, unless umpires stand.
1st Half of Season
All the teams that enter will be drawn into groups of 6!
The groups will be drawn by Mr Gaz Mumford and Ms Eileen Carson.
The last hand in date for team entry will be the 1st Birmingham League Match for the 1st XI and 2nd XI. It will cost you £3 per team and teams will not be entered unless paid!
The teams are in groups of 6 for a reason!
2nd Half of Season
At the half way point of the season the groups will then be put into 3 leagues!
Division 1 - This division will be made up of the Winners & Runners up of each group and will play for £25.
Division 2 - This division will be made up of the teams that finish 3rd & 4th in each group and will play for £15.
Division 3 - This division will be made up of the teams that Finish 5th & 6th of each group and will play for £10.
In the SECOND half of the season the points that were scored in the first half will not be carried forward! You will start from scratch!
Fantasy League Cup
There will also be a Fantasy League Cup, with the winner getting a bottle of wine! It will be based on how many points your team acquires the weekend of that round!
Transfer Window
There will be a transfer window this year, lasting two weeks and costing £1 per player transfer. The 2 weeks open will be either side of the halfway point in the season.
How To Enter
You can email your team to andycarson86@hotmail.co.uk, or complete a form at the Clubhouse. However, you must pay your money before the 1st League game, otherwise your team will not be entered!
Players values are based on where I think they will play and the new leagues the 1st & 2nd XI are now playing in. Gaz helped me so he can take partial blame (sorry Gaz)!
